How to Create Table Of Contents

Hello Everyone..!!

I will tell you How to Create Table Of Contents

Do it !

1.      *Click start => Ms.Office => Ms.Word

2.      *Write the text,

-          Pendahuluan

-          Landasan Teori

-          Teknik Listrik

-          Teorema Thevenin

-          Teorema Norton

-          Teknik Digital

-          Gerbang Dasar

-          Aljabar Boolean

3.      *Select Pendahuuan, then choose Quick Style  and then Heading 1. Click icon Format Painter, click Landasan Teori, it will make Landasan Teori as same as Pendahuluan position. Please do like like previous step to Teknik Listrik and Teknik Digital for heading 2. Teorema Thevenin, Teorema Norton, Gerbang Dasar, Aljabar Boolean for heading 3. #when Teorema Thevenin have become to heading 3, then you wanna make Teorema Norton to Heading 3 too, you must block Teorema Thevenin before click Format painter. Do it to Gerbang Dasar and Aljabar Boolean step by step

4.      *Press ctrl+A to block all text and then click icon Multilevel List, choose

1.         Heading 1

1.1      Heading 2

1.1.1        Heading 3

For change the number to Romawi character, select all text , please click multilevel list, then choose Define New Multilevel List. Change number style for this level choose romawi character I, II, III. At text indent at change to 1,5 cm . Pendahuluan and Landasan Teori will be parallel. After that,  write text which you wanna write at  all of Heading and Subheading

5.     * Now we will make nomor halaman. Click menu insert => page number => button of page => plain number 3. All of halaman have gotten nomor halaman

6.     *Birth of Pendahuluan , press ctrl+enter, Pendahuluan will downward and then write ‘Table Of Contents’. Choose menu quick style => apply styles => modify, changes font face, font size, font colour like yal ou love. And then OK

7.      *Now, menu refrences => Table Of Contents => insert table of content then General, change format to formal show levels 3, click OK. Contents have gotten

8.       *You wanna to add  subheading ? click where is you want. Ex: between Teorema Norton and Teknik

9.       Digital , write  Teknik Analog, then click Heading 3

*For add the new to contents, click at right between Teorema Norton and Teknik Digital then choose update Field next choose entire table than click OK

To see  the explain , ctrl+click contents Teknik Analog ,then make for explain
